For its own exclusive brand of products, Newey & Eyre has the same WEEE obligations as a producer. These comprise:
The obligation to finance the recycling of any Newlec product sold after 13 August 2005 that falls under then Regulations.
The obligation to finance the recycling of waste products, regardless of brand, that are being replaced by sales of Newlec products.
To join a compliance scheme. Newey & Eyre’s compliance scheme is ‘BSB Compliance’ and its producer registration number is WEE/DH0116XU.
